"Horrible experience. Had multiple cars and my residence insured. Was told I was getting a multi-car discount...as my paperwork said. Then...when I attempted to add a third car...turns out I WASN'T getting getting a multi-car discount. They coded it improperly! They then failed to inform me. Only found out when a statement came from State Farm asking me to "pay the difference". They manipulated the documentation after the fact and never informed me. Absolutely ridiculous."

"Maria Soto, was EXTREMELY helpful when I called her on Friday, June, 27th!! My wife was buying a new Subaru Forester. Her salesman, although in his early 80s, appeared to be, 195 years old! I’m not speaking about how looked. He was very hard of hearing, and everything he did, he did extremely slowly. Poor Maria had to call him numerous times, and speak extremely slowly and loudly to him. I know, because I had to do the same thing. Maria is a SAINT!
