"Yesterday, I called State Farm to get a quote for insurance, as my premiums with Allstate had just gone up... again. I spoke to, and was assisted by Sandra. What an absolute pleasure, in a world of "cookie cutter" rude/generic customer service. She was pleasant, funny, and informative. She tried her absolute best to try and get me to under what I am paying with Allstate (who I've been with for 20 years). Offering defensive driving course.... Etc Etc. Biggest thing to me, especially in this economy, is honesty. Sandra did not disappoint. She told me, "if ever in the future you nee"....... I cut her off, and told her that would be a no brainer. Thanks again Sandra and Monica Murphy State Farm for just going a little further than the mediocre we've unfortunately become way too accustomed to."

"This place takes advantage of people and do alot of Ilegal things. Watch out for this office because they will do you dirty and when you go ask questions they dont know anything. This location should be investigated ASAP."

"Dont open an insurance policy here. This people make you open a life insurance policy, they tell you its a for a discount purpose. They increase about $140 in just 1 year. They increase your charges without letting you know. I switched insurance company and my 2 cars policy went from $360 to $166 😒🤨 with the same benefits. No abras aseguranza con este agente. Ellos te hacen abrir un seguro de vida para darte un descuento. No les creas. Me incrementaron mis cargos por $140 solo este año.
